GPF Annual Slips & ZPPF Loan Rules – Important Information
The Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governments provide the Zilla Parishad Provident Fund scheme for employees working in Panchayat Raj and local body departments. As per GO Ms.No.654 dated 29-09-2004, employees appointed after 01-09-2004 are not eligible to subscribe to ZPPF / GPF. Regular-scale Gazetted and Non-Gazetted employees appointed before this date are eligible.
Every employee must contribute a minimum of 6% of basic pay towards the GPF account. Employees retiring from service can stop PF subscription four months before the retirement date.
GPF Nominee Rules – Must Know
An employee must submit nominee details for the GPF account. In case of unforeseen events during service, PF benefits will be paid to the registered nominee. Nominee details must be clearly recorded in the Service Register to avoid legal or administrative issues.
