All the District Educational Officers and District Vocational Educational Officers are hereby informed that to nominate new Organizing Secretaries U/14, U/17 Yrs (School Education) and U/19 Yrs (Intermediate Education)  in place of Organizing Secretaries who have completed years, and the #Organizing Secretaries  who have completed  only 1 year (either SA (Physical Education) or PET) will continue for the year 2015-16, if their services are satisfactory as per guidelines issued in the aforesaid proceedings of the Commissioner of School  Education.  The  term  of  duty  period  of  newly nominated  Organizing Secretary will be treated as on duty, as and when required  for the purpose of school games related
