In the circumstances reported in the letter cited, Government after careful examination of the matter and in cancellation of the orders issued in the Govt. Memo. 2nd read above, hereby ratify the action of the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture in having enhanced the subsidy from 50% to 70% for SCP & TSP Component under Farm Mechanisation during 2014-15 under RKVY & SMAM Schemes and to meet the difference amount of 20% from the NSP Funds. 2. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture is, therefore, requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
