Telangana Double Bed Room Housing Programme Amount Increased to 7 Lakhs , Telangana Two Bed Room Scheme TS 2 Bed Room Housing in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area from Rs.5.30 Lakhs to Rs. 7.00 Lakhs , Telangana Housing Scheme Amount Increased to 7 Lakhs  Telangana 2BHK type design by Govt of Telangana has decided to Increase the unit cost of each house flat under 2 Bed Room Housing Programme in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area from Rs.5.30 Lakhs to Rs. 7.00 Lakhs.

Telangana Government Increasing the unit cost of each house/flat under 2 Bed Room Housing Programme in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area from Rs.5.30 Lakhs to Rs. 7.00 Lakhs with an additional budget of Rs. 145.52 Crores from Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation Funds-Orders-Issued.

4.  4. From the Special Chief Secretary to Government MA&UD Department U.O.No.15154/F2/2015, Dated:31.12.2015. 

ORDER:
In the G.O.1st read above, Government have accorded sanction of 60,000 houses in the state under 2 Bed Room Housing Programme, among which 8560 houses in 24 constituencies of Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation area.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have issued instructions for implementation of 2 Bed Room Housing Programme while fixing unit cost as Rs. 5.30 lakhs for House/ flat and Rs. 0.75 lakhs for infrastructure for each house/flat in urban areas.
 3. In the reference 4th read above, MA&UD Department have requested on the proposal of Commissioner & Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation on increase of unit cost of each flat under 2Bed Room Housing Programme for the poor in Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation area from Rs.5.30 lakhs to Rs. 7.00 lakhs (excluding cost of infrastructure) for the sanctioned 8560 houses/Flats i.e., @ 1.7 lakhs/unit over and above the unit cost in Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation area.
4. Government after careful examination, hereby by decided to Increase the unit cost of each house/flat under 2 Bed Room Housing Programme in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area from Rs.5.30 Lakhs to Rs. 7.00 Lakhs. i.e an increase of Rs. 1.70 Lakhs each house/flat with an additional budget of Rs. 145.52 Crores from Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation funds, duly relaxing the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.8, Housing Department, Dt:26.09.2015 and G.O.Ms.No.10, Housing Department, Dt:15.10.2015.

6. The additional budget of Rs. 145.52 Crores raised due to the above increase in unit cost shall be met from Funds available with Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation
The District Collectors, Hyderabad/Ranga Reddy/Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation shall take necessary ation accordingly.
